just returned from a three day study trip to jylland with lisbeth and thirty-two college kids. all zen, all the time, even when it's not. art museums galore, trapholt debut of
catherine raben davidsen's inkwell / blækhuset, aalborg kunsten yields beautiful dead things and hitler romance. utzon center masquerading as the hulls of ships. no reception at the hølstebro hostel results in emergency beers, haribo candy, multiple runs to the gas station, kings in the hostel stairwell, students wrestling out on the lawn at two in the morning. hostel confusion, nørre vosborg confusion, ARoS confusion, coffee with nick, århus rådhus confusion, surprise schnapps on the side of the road.
i'm so friggin' glad to be back in københavn.
