this weekend could be summed up in two words: drunk, burgers.
friday, after working late plotting DIS's picnic banner, took advantage of the networkers' lounge bar setup, playing drinking games with danes, hanging out with maryn and bryn results in hiding out in vestergade 5. immediately afterwards, ravaged burgerlicious. twice.
saturday, spent the day hanging out with emma and erin on the canals, weather was ridiculous. later, met emma's roommates at a pregame that never actually gamed. as the night progressed, two themes made themselves painfully clear – bag in a box is not just an american phenomenon, neither is mcdonald's. woke up with wrappers in my bed and the feeling that i might have made a complete fool of myself at the cash register.
today, DIS picnic equals free food, excuse to drink during the day in the waning days of summer. out in klampenborg, fields of verdant grass, old naked guys on the beach, horses in the ocean, under attack from runaway kayaks, too many bloody-steak burgers.
